Re: Four Shot Dead at Halloween Party
In case anyone is curious, it is a Beretta Model 84. Bersen Corp. was an early importer; PB is Pietro Beretta. This particular example was probably stolen from a truck in the parking lot of an El Paso Wal-Mart in 1983, or something. Señor Pistolero probably bought it from a homeless guy for 1000 pesos after he dredged it up from a gutter. Hopefully, he adhered to the golden rule of gun trafficking - never sell a man a loaded pistol. Also, James Bond saved the world from Dr. No, Goldfinger, and madmen with space lasers with a .380. Of course, the most unrealistic thing in the Bond movies is him shooting people 100 yards away with that little PPK. I have one of those. If I back up more than about 15 feet from something, I might as well close my eyes. |
