Four Men Tortured and Shot in Mexico
On 11th of September 2018, in El Tuzal, Mexico, four men were found dead in an abandoned truck. They had been tortured and finally shot before being covered in plastic bin bags, a note was left with the bodies.           *Thanks to Dahlia_Neda for the extra pics  |

The messages actually say they were child robbers or children kidnappers (robachicos for the Mexican). It also included the usual threat to others. I guess it is a way of justifying the torture and killing, so townspeople don't see them as simple killers, but social cleaning armed forces. Bullshit obviously.

Those wounds look like they're post mortem, right? I mean wouldn't there have been a LOT more blood on his hand and feet and face?
