Found Dead by His Brother
At first, Latin American police suspected this male corpse — found by his brother — was a homicide because of the bleeding. But, an autopsy showed he died of hypovolemia and a coroner ruled natural causes as the COD.   ·  ·  · |

Very good post, Dr. Ogrish. It looks to me like the bleeding might have occurred in his abdomen, since that is the most likely place of internal hemorrhaging. Also, there is the chance that he also might have died from a cerebral hemorrhage, which can cause blood to exit from the nose and mouth regions. Good info, good post!  |
