Former Prisoner Shot Dead in Morumbi III

Yesterday night, Thursday, March 7, 2019, around 8:30 p.m., rescuers in the Morumbi III Neighborhood, rushed to to provide care to a victim of a gunshot injury.

At the scene, the death of the victim was verified, and the site was isolated by military police officers from the 14 th BPM until the arrival of the Civil Police (Homicide Police), Criminal Police and the Legal Medical Institute.

With the arrival of the criminal expert, the place of death was investigated, being verified that the beginning of the shots would have started in the back of the residence, being that the victim already targeted crossed the residence and came to death soon after to pass by the gate, where he fell onto public roads.

Several gun cases were seized, and the victim was found to have more than 9 perforations by gunshot. The victim did not present any type of identification, but a brother identified him as CMR, 30 years old, who was wearing an electronic ankle bracelet and would be an ex-convict.

According to the brother, CMR, 30 years old, was a resident of the Porto Meira neighborhood and would already have lived in Jardim Jupira and would have moved to the place a few days, since he had been threatened in the neighborhood where he lived.

The investigations are in charge of the Homicide Office.
