Brazil, A man that has been arrested before for being accused of murdering and slaughtering a nearby dealer and killing another young man in 2008 was found clubbed or stoned to death near a dump along a dirt road.

At first I thought that dude was using the tissue to stop a dead guy's bleeding.. realizing that couldn't be right I assume it's so he doesn't touch the body, preserve evidence (do they even do that shit in Brazil?) etc. etc...  |
