how do you "accidentally" throw a pitchfork with this much force?
Who knows.....I was thinkin maybe he was holding it for some reason and driver had to slam on brakes, so his head was thrown forward into the fork. Maybe the fork was a souvenir of some sort!

The person throwing the pitchfork was actually aiming for a nearby haystack - well I assume it was nearby - he was arrest for endangering the public.
