Interesting… I looked the case up, apparently the remains were confirmed to be the calendar company guy, and it was on international news. Kind of scummy though how the guy they arrested just decided to conveniently peg the murder on his deceased friend. Easy to blame someone for a murder when they can’t defend themselves… The fact his girlfriend was too terrified to testify against him tells me she knew what he was capable of and he would probably take her down to his freezer and remind her what would happen to her if she didn’t keep her mouth shut… He was on FBI most wanted and was probably not a very nice person. Thai police must have to deal with this BS on the regular basis, so many tourists in that country are just bad news. Props to them at least for remaining professional with all the murders and deaths of tourists and locals that end up on their desk. I’d just be rolling my eyes after the first 100 call-ins in a single day. It would be nice if westerners could stop exploiting impoverished Asian countries as their dumping ground for drug addiction, sex fiend stuff and just weirdo degenerate behavior in general. Go do it in your own backyard folks.
