"  He needs an investigation to figure this one out? Did you all notice the rebar in the concrete? Rebar sticking out all over the place? Nope? Me neither. And it was very old cement. Concrete degrades over time. Some more than other depending on additives and the quality of the mix. Not having enough rebar was the worst problem. But from the looks of it the concrete is very old and degraded. They have not done inspections and testing which should of been done for a structure of that type and age.

Wow @ lady on steps. I remember as a kid going to games, and bein scared to sit on top, for reasons like this. Just a scary thought... Add this 1 to 1000 ways to die, you kno wat that show has some bizarre unlikely ways 2 die, but w/e. |
