She was slowly garroted to death with a wire and a wooden block. Wetting yourself is a fairly normal and expected part of that process, as you've doubtless been here long enough to surmise. I highly doubt she was embarrassed about any of her bodily functions and more likely was simply terrified and sad that she was being painfully executed with so much life ahead of her.
