Though he was not wearing Flip Flops at the moment of the attack, the white marks on his right foot clearly indicate that he was a Flip Flops addicted

Along with the man was walking his 10 Y.O. niece, who got hit by a stray bullet: she was carried to the Hospital, but she succumbed to the injuries and died before the entrance to the hospital. According to witnesses the girl was playing when she was hit by a single shot in the chest, specifically in the heart. The mother of the little girl (and sister of the ex-convict) said that it all happened so fast, that she only could heard the shots and when he left home, his brother was already dead and her daughter .
