Starting of with Issei Sagawa born April 26, 1949 also known as Pang, is a Japanese criminal who in 1981, while in Paris, murdered and cannibalized a Dutch woman named Renée Hartevelt.

On June 11, 1981, Sagawa, then 32, invited his Sorbonne classmate Renée Hartevelt to dinner at his apartment under the pretext of translating poetry for a school assignment. He planned to kill and eat her, having selected her for her health and beauty; characteristics he believed he lacked. He describes himself as weak, ugly, and small (he is 1.52*m (5 ft) tall)and claims he wanted to absorb her energy. She was 25 years old and 1.78 m (5 ft 10 in). After she arrived, she began reading poetry at a desk with her back to him. He shot her in the neck with a rifle. Sagawa said he fainted after the shock of shooting her, but awoke with the realization that he had to carry out his plan. He raped her corpse but was unable to bite into her skin, so he left the apartment and purchased a butcher knife. For two days, Sagawa ate various parts of her body, saving other parts in his refrigerator. He then attempted to dump her body in a lake in the Bois de Boulogne, but was seen in the act and arrested by French police. When he was caught, he was carrying two suitcases. Those suitcases contained the dismembered body parts of Renée Hartevelt.
Sagawa's wealthy father provided a lawyer for his defense, and after being held for two years without trial Sagawa was found legally insane and unfit to stand trial by the French judge, Jean-Louis Bruguière, who ordered him held indefinitely in a mental institution. After a visit by the author Inuhiko Yomota, Sagawa's account of the murder was published in Japan under the title In the Fog. Sagawa's subsequent publicity and macabre celebrity likely contributed to the French authorities' decision to deport him to Japan, where he was immediately committed to Matsuzawa hospital. Examining psychologists there all declared him sane and found sexual perversion was his sole motivation for the murder. Because charges in France had been dropped, the French court documents were sealed and were not released to Japanese authorities; consequently Sagawa could not legally be detained in Japan. He checked himself out of the hospital on August 12, 1986, and remained free. Sagawa's continued freedom has been widely criticized

This is part of Renee Hartevelt's mutilated body. Issei Sagawa chopped off many different body parts and ate them. Others were stored in his refrigerator. He ate her body parts while listening to the recording he had made of her reciting a poem. He put the other parts of her body in to suitcases that he had bought for the purpose of storing and disposing of her body.

Next Jose Luis Calva

Born in Mexico in 1969, Calva had been accused of murder on eight occasions.* In 2007, Mexican law enforcement went to Calva’s home to question him about his missing girlfriend, Alejandra Galeana.

On entering his home, they discovered Calva eating human meat seasoned with lemon. Calva tried to escape through a window but the police captured him. A search found the mutilated body of his girlfriend, human flesh in the fridge, yet more in a frying pan and human bones in cereal boxes.
The police also found a book on cannibalism and a picture of Hannibal Lecter, as portrayed by Sir Anthony Hopkins in the 1991 killer thriller, The Silence of the Lambs.
Calva was charged with two murders. He was found guilty and sentenced to 84 years in prison.
On 11 December 2007, Calva was found hanging by his belt from the roof of his prison cell.

Andrei Chikatilo

Ukrainian born Chikatilo murdered, mutilated and sexually assaulted 52 women and children between 1978 and 1990.
In 1978, in the coal-mining town of Shakhty, 9-year-old Yelen Zakotnova became Chikatilo’s first murder victim. He strangled and stabbed the child, attempted to rape her, and then dumped her body.
After this first murder, the previously impotent Chikatilo realised he could achieve sexual arousal and orgasm through violence. That realisation compelled him to strangle, stab and mutilate his victims in a 12-year orgy of terror.
The increasing number of murders sparked a massive police operation. Chikatilo was arrested after his final victim, 22 year-old Svetlane Korostik, left a bite mark on his finger. That evidence, along with blood and semen samples confirmed that the police had their killer.

Chikatilo also informed Kostoyev he had often tasted the blood of his victims, to which he stated he "felt chills" and "shook all over." He also confessed to tearing at victims' genitalia, lips, nipples and tongues with his teeth. In several instances, Chikatilo would cut or bite off the tongue of his victim as he performed his eviscerations, then—either at or shortly after the point of death—run around the body as he held the tongue aloft in one hand. Although he also admitted that he had chewed upon the excised uterus of his female victims and the testicles of his male victims, he stated he had later discarded these body parts. Nonetheless, Chikatilo did confess to having swallowed the nipples of some of his victims.

Chikatilo's victims, most of whom were female or runaways, varied in age. He would usually approach them at train and bus stations using some simple ruse, such as promising them money, drugs, alcohol, or (in the case of his child victims) toys and candy, lure them to a nearby forest, tie them up with rope, and kill them by stabbing them with a knife in order to gain sexual release.

He would typically inflict a multitude of knife wounds upon the victim; initially inflicting shallow knife wounds to the chest area before inflicting deeper stab and slash wounds—usually 30 to 50 in total—before proceeding to eviscerate the victim. He had, he stated, become adept at avoiding the spurts of blood from his victims' bodies as he inflicted the knife wounds and eviscerations upon them, and would regularly sit or squat beside his victims until their hearts had stopped beating, adding that the victims' "cries, the blood and the agony gave me relaxation and a certain pleasure." When questioned as to why most of his later victims' eyes had been stabbed and/or slashed, but not enucleated as his earlier victims had been, Chikatilo stated that he had initially believed in an old superstition that the image of a murderer is left imprinted upon the eyes of the victim. However, he stated, in "later years", he had become convinced this was simply an old wives' tale and he had ceased to gouge out the eyes of his victims.

He was convicted and sentenced to death for 52 of these murders in October 1992 and subsequently executed in February 1994.

Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer (May 21, 1960 – November 28, 1994), also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal, was an American serial killer and sex offender, who committed the rape, murder, and dismemberment of 17 men and boys between 1978 and 1991. Many of his later murders involved necrophilia, cannibalism, and the permanent preservation of body parts—typically all or part of the skeletal structure.

And then, someone looked in the fridge. On the bottom shelf was a man’s
decapitated head. In the freezer they found, alongside the ice cream and Hot Pockets, three more heads. Jars held other bits and pieces, preserved in liquid.
After his arrest, he readily admitted to cooking and eating some of his victims. He ate some liver, a little bit of heart and someone’s biceps, among other choice morsels. But why? What compels a person to eat another? Cannibalism may be the last, most powerful taboo among the great majority of mankind. The feeling of crossing an almost uncrossable line might have been thrilling. After all, plenty of people commit murder. Not many go full-buffet on their victims.

LADISLAV HOJER -

According to the analyzes of the Police Museum, Cz was the last executed person in the Czech Republic, the brutal murder killer Ladislav Hojer. On October 3, 1981, a corpse of 51-year-old Anne S was found in Prague 5. She was lying on her back, naked, stretched out of her legs, tights tightened around her neck, and lace shirt over her head.
The cause of death was caused by suffocation by strangulation, many abrasions and significant genital trauma were found on the body. So the police immediately began to examine sexual deviants.

Police search and key witness
Investigators launched a large-scale search, examining a large circle of suspects. Their attention was also taken by a certain Jaroslav D., a refugee from the psychiatric hospital. During the interrogation he spoke of a certain Ladislav Hojer whom he always attended when he managed to escape from a psychiatric hospital.
According to Jaroslav D. Hojer, when he walked through Prague 5, Hojer showed a place on which on October 3 was found the corpse of a woman with tight tights around her neck.
Criminals had therefore a realistic, simple job. Ladislav Hojer confessed to the murder. Besides, the police decided that this would probably not be Hojer's first crime.
The judgment was correct. Ladislav Hojer finally confessed to the murders of four other women.

In Brno, Hojer's victim became the twenty-year-old Ivan M. on January 30, 1981. In other cases, death was suffocated, but the doctors found eleven stab wounds on the body of the girl, an extensive cut wound that opened the abdominal and pelvic cavities. The brutality of the murder was shaken by experienced criminals
Later, the offender admitted that the victims cut both breasts and the external genitalia. Ladislav Hojer said: "I first put these things in my jacket, then I took them to Prague and put them in a plastic bag in a plastic bag," he said. "I went to the cut off bodies a week, then I cooked some of the body in salt water and I ate some of it, since it was not possible to eat it - mainly the skin - the rest I threw out,
The first victim was 9 February 1980, 19, Ivona Š., Who was murdered by Hojer on a train driving from Prague to Děčín
Another horrendous act was committed by Hojer at the end of the 1980s. In this case, however, the identity of the victim remained forever concealed. The headless body was found only after a year in Ružín Dam near Košice. The dead body had been loaded before it was poured into the water, which made it impossible to identify it.
The last - fifth victim of the brutal murderer of Ladislav Hojer became the thirty-year-old Eva R. on November 2 of the same year.
Ladislav Hojer gradually became aware of other assaults on women he intended to rape.

According to the expert opinion, Hojer's intellect was lower, deviant tendencies appeared, but none of this reduced his ability to control himself at the time of committing the crime.

For his brutal deeds, he was taken to the highest punishment and executed on August 7, 1986.

Richard Trenton Chase (May 23, 1950 – December 26, 1980) was an American serial killer who killed six people in the span of a month in Sacramento, California. He was nicknamed "The Vampire of Sacramento" because he drank his victims' blood and cannibalized their remains.

Teresa Wallin

On January 23, 1978, Chase went into the Wallin's house which was unlocked. He went in through the front door and left a .22 caliber bullet in there mailbox. This was the same gun used to kill Ambrose Griffin. Teresa Wallin was the age of 22 and three months pregnant. When Chase entered the house, he shot Teresa three times which killed her. He shot her in the palm because Teresa was trying to block her face, the bullet traveled up her arm and through her elbow. and skimmed her neck. The second bullet hit her skull. Chase got on top of the dead body and shot the last bullet into her temple. He then raped her corpse at the same time he as stabbing her multiple times with a giant butcher knife. After he then removed her organs and cut off her nipples then drank the blood. The last thing he did was went into the yard, grabbed dog poop and shoved it down her throat. When Teresa's husband, (David Wallin) had come home form work at around six, he couldn't find her. There were oil stains all over the floor so he followed them to find his wife laying on her back inside the door. The sweater Teresa was wearing had been pulled up over her head and her pants and underwear where down to her ankles. This exposed her whole naked body. Her husband could tell she was also raped due to the position of her legs. Teresa's left nipple had been carved out and she was stabbed in the liver, lung, diaphragm, and breast. He cut out her kidneys and cut her pancreas in to then placed the kidneys back inside her.

Evelyn Miroth, Jason Miroth, Dan Meredith, and David Michael Ferreira

Evelyn Miroth, age 38, her son Jason, age 6, and friend Dan Meredith were all killed on January 27, 1978. They were all found inside Evelyn's household but the one thing missing was Evelyn's 22-month-old David. Evelyn's house is approximately one mile away from the Wallin household. When Dan Meredith's body was found, it was in the hallway in a pool of blood. He was killed by gunshot to the head. The officer investigating the scene found a blood trail from where Dan lay dead to the bathroom where he found bloody water in the tub. Evelyn and Jason were found dead in Evelyn's bedroom. Jason was shot twice in the head. Evelyn's corpse had be savagely raped and when she was found he legs were clearly forced open. Evelyn had been sodomized with a butcher knife and stabbed her anus several times with a knife all the way up to into her uterus. Chase maybe multiple slice marks along her neck. Chase stabbed her internal organs and after her body was investigated they found a large amount of semen in Evelyn's rectum. Chase has also tried to cut out one of her eyeballs. There were bug ringlets at the scene of the crime which are thought to have been large containers used to carry blood. Police had discovers Jason right after who was on the other side of the bed. Still no one had seen the 22-month-old, David. After thorough investigation police found out that Chase had drank Evelyn's blood and horribly mutilated the 22-month-old baby's body in the bathroom Chase cracked open the baby's head and took some of his brail on which spilt into the tub. Chase then took the baby to his house and cut open the head and removed several of the babies organs and ate them.
Chase left very bloody footprints behind which also seemed to match ones at the Wallin crime scene. A young girl around the age of eleven, said she saw a strange man walking around the neighborhood around eleven to eleven thirty. The girl said that he would always walk around asking people for magazines.

In 1979, Chase stood trial on six counts of murder. In order to avoid the death penalty, the defense tried to have him found guilty of second degree murder, which would result in a life sentence. Their case hinged on Chase's history of mental illness and the suggestion that his crimes were not premeditated.
On May 8, the jury found Chase guilty of six counts of first degree murder and, rejecting the argument that he was not guilty by reason of insanity, sentenced him to die in the gas chamber. His fellow inmates, aware of the graphic and bizarre nature of Chase's crimes, feared him, and according to prison officials, often tried to persuade Chase to commit suicide.

On December 26, 1980, Chase was found in his cell, not breathing; an autopsy found that he committed suicide with an overdose of prescribed antidepressants that he had saved over several weeks.
