Filipino Shot to Death by Local Politician
This guy was shot to death by a Mamburao board member in Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro, Philippines on or before March 9, 2017. A Facebook user described that he sustained a gunshot wound to his forehead that reached until the back of his neck, as well as broken leg, hip, knee, and teeth, and a gouged eye.
