Filipina Shot Dead on a Motorcycle
She was shot in the neck to death on a motorcycle in Brgy. Taboc Sur, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental, Philippines at 5:30 PM on May 18, 2017. Her friend was also shot, but survived.
