These people are members of a voluntary rescue and emergency service in Thailand called Sawang Boriboon. That is where 90% of the pointers on this site come from. Here they are probably having some kind of outdoors workshop where new staff get trained in handling corpses and human remains without getting sick or throwing up. The food has nothing to do with the remains, but eh....one has to eat. So lunch is provided in between the hard work. Here is their logo:
