Femur Through Groin
...a male with dislocated head of femur which came out through a laceration in the left inguinal region. Such an injury indicates the victim hit the ground with fully extended legs. Looks like he dropped a bollock!  · |

Some are so bad that you can't realy tell what happened. Simple damage like this you can almost visualize and feel the pain. Worst injuries for me are from people who are still alive. You taste, smell, and hear the aftermath.  |
