Looks very much like a murder to me. She was strangled and the body dumped in the tub. First the tub was filled then the body was dumped. She was clothed and even if you are going to kill yourself it is quite rare for a person alone to get in a tub and then over fill it all while wearing clothes. And since the cable is behind her it is almost impossible for her to do this to herself. She was strangled, The killer filled the tub and then dropped her in with cable hanging. By the way did anyone notice that she was placed in the tub the wrong way? Are we to assume she overfills the tub and climbs in with her clothes on while facing backwards. Oh and she strangles herself and then places the cable behind her head? And leaves her leg hanging out? Nope. Nothing makes sense but murder.
