yep. i think that is murder there, not suicide. the electric cord was tied on her neck and the other end was not attached to anything above ruling out the possibility of suicide by strangulation... i think she was killed on purpose. and she looks the mistress type too. find her boyfriend's wife and you'll find the killer
That's not a rope or a cord or anything like that, that's her hair.

Yeah, I'm not a forensic doctor or anything but it seems like that extreme state of decomp couldn't have happened in only 3 days.

Depending on the climate, a human body can become a soupy worm buffet in less than 24 hours.
Its crazy how fast people rot when they die near the equator.
