No.

There were witnesses to the shooting. The entire incident was over in seconds. She was dead before the witnesses even managed to call 190. Guy just walked up, shot her several times with no conversation, and then scarpered before the filth even got wind of the crime.

Appears to be vomit and wall pieces combined. It looks like she leaned up against the wall, before she fell back and had vomited before she leaned up against the wall. That is why all the little stucco fragments are intermixed with the vomit. Now, why do I say it is vomit at all, well you can see the streaking of it downwards and it could be bowel or stomach contents, but if that were the case it would not be nearly as high up on her dress as it is. So, the ruling is vomit. Now, how can I say this with any certainty? I am a physician and have reviewed cases like this for almost 20 years. Yes, Doctors can be fascinated by death too... Dr. Ron
NICE TO KNOW WE HAVE SOME MEDICAL VERIFICATION AT TIMES LIKE THESE....
