Female Nightclub Owner Executed
About as fresh as it can get, this chick has actually been dead less than 5 hours at the time of this posting. 45 year old nightclub owner was gunned down by an unknown assailant in the back yard of her bar. Not sure what all the mess is on the front of her dress. Aspirated stomach contents mixed with seepage from the entry wounds, most likely. Vomiting isn't an uncommon reaction to severe trauma or a violent death.  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

Appears to be vomit and wall pieces combined. It looks like she leaned up against the wall, before she fell back and had vomited before she leaned up against the wall. That is why all the little stucco fragments are intermixed with the vomit. Now, why do I say it is vomit at all, well you can see the streaking of it downwards and it could be bowel or stomach contents, but if that were the case it would not be nearly as high up on her dress as it is. So, the ruling is vomit. Now, how can I say this with any certainty? I am a physician and have reviewed cases like this for almost 20 years. Yes, Doctors can be fascinated by death too... Dr. Ron
