Female Druggie Dead in the Streets
Found at 6:30 this morning, this 30-something woman was a known drug user in the neighborhood. There is no obvious CoD, as her body showed no signs of violence. They are attributing it to natural causes or an overdose.

The article mentioned that her shirt was pulled up and her shorts pulled down by the time responders arrived, but the suspicion is that some passerby fondled her body after she was already dead, rather than her death being sexually motivated.
