Either is possible, though my speculation would be primary flaccidity or shock trauma. It'd be easier to gauge the cause if we knew her exact COD, but my guess would be peri/postmortem bowel evacuation. Not particularly uncommon in violent deaths, especially if she were strangled or choked.
