My understanding from women enthusiasts who have talked to me about it, is that breath play, or asphyxiation, generates an orgasm about 5 times more intense and powerful than a regular orgasm. I have no idea if that is true, but the women who like to do it, seem to like it A LOT! But I have also read on several BDSM websites that it is possible to induce a heart attack, and it is not the kind you can cure with CPR, as it results from a chemical imbalance due to the asphyxiation, and these types of heart stoppages are 97% fatal, once they occur. Doing CPR is useless because you can't treat the chemical imbalance once it occurs, and by the time actual medical help arrives, the person has been dead for a while. I am NOT a doctor, and I don't play one on TV. |

They got it wrong. "Chemical imbalance" - never heard about it. It is possible to induce heart block during neckplay, due to vagus nerve overstimulation (by pressure). But this condition is as CPRable as any, as far as I understand, and no chemical disbalance is involved. Not a doctor either, but playing one sometimes in private :) |
