I think you're jumping to conclusions in assuming that this was a suicide. The balcony that she fell from is circled, and it looks like the floor gave out beneath her. It seems accidental.

I seen a prostitute like this in Glasgow, she hung there all day with people driving past thinking she was standing. It was'nt until i drove past on my lunch 6hours later and noticed she was still in the same place i phoned the police and right enough her head was pierced by the railing after being shook violently by her pimp. I was working for the Glasgow council at the time.
