Father And Son Found Charred In A Car
On March 19th in Brazil a 59yo man and his 28yo son were found burned beyond visual recognition in a car in a rural location. They were identified by DNA testing. They resided in an area where themselves and eight other families were robbed by armed criminals and their homes were set on fire. The dad and his son were leader figures in the small rural village where they lived and didn't want these criminals to settle in the area. They received many death threats and were forced to move. Days later, they returned to the village with wood to help rebuild the residents' damaged homes. They were then kidnapped by armed criminals and forced to drive away in their own car. A passer-by found the burned out vehicle and it looks like they were shot and set on fire to try and hide the crime scene evidence. You can see the father's remains in the top picture and the son's skull in the second.    |

Very sad.m they went through this. Only trying to make their neighborhood safe. Smfh. Horrible.

I am surprised that they use DNA tech down there in rural places. I'd have thought it was too pricey.  Sucks that they were just trying to stand up for themselves. What a hopeless situation.  |
