Father Daughter Murder Suicide in Veracruz

Back on March 20th, 2018, around noon, José Luis García Manzano went to Venustiano Carranza Elementary School in Poza Rica and took his daughter, Vania Karime García Sánchez(6) without permission from the mother and without teachers noticing. They left in a taxi(#2512), his profession. He was charged with child abduction and car theft (by the owner) They were not heard from again.

Her mother would file a missing person report, investigation folders IPJIDUII / ESP4 / 197/2018 and IPJIDII / ESP4 / 177/2018. They searched from Querétaro, Monterrey, Tabasco and in the port of Tuxpan, where the father had relatives.

On Wednesday afternoon, a group of residents of El Palmar led by Municipal Agent Martha Patricia Palomino Villegas made a clean-up day in the ecological reserve Juci Juki when they perceived a foul odor. They entered the undergrowth to locate the source of the foul odor and this is how they discovered the two corpses in an advanced state of decomposition, with indications that both had been hanging from the branches of a tree of canvas. Criminal experts entered, at night, into the hilly area where, about 20 meters from the pavement, they found the body of a minor and near the bones were pink tennis shoes, apparently number 2. There was also a navy blue short skirt with red stripes, besides, four meters from the garments, there was a branch of a tree of canvas and from it hung a bow with scalp, held by a donut for hair. A short distance away was the body of a man, which hung from the branch of the same tree, with a pita that was tied around his neck. The victim was in a state of decomposition. He wore a gray striped blue shirt, blue dress pants and black laced shoes.

The only pic of the girl's remains is that of her skull with the blue skirt nearby. There are two pics of the father in the body bag opened, but they were censored and watermarked.

The mother, Juanita Sanuri, awaits for her remains for burial.
