Why? Government now will hire prison guards, probation officers, and social workers just for him. Doctors and psychiatrists will be enriched "evaluating" him. Pharmaceutical companies will provide their drugs, drug dealing gangs will sneak their's in. Everybody gets laid and paid at the end of the day. It's a beautiful world.
