I dont know...kind of looks fake to me! His skin is to "perfect" for an old man...it looks like hes wearing make up! If its not Fake : Oh my god that must have hurt!

But it really does look fake due to lack of other superficial wounds, scratches etc. and blood plus it appears to be in a upright sitting position. I'd vote fake, movie prop ???
