Fat Woman Falls Off Bike, No One Bothers to Help
Happened in Sao Jose. Witnesses reported the woman had fallen off the bike and was bleeding from her nose, mouth and ears and the emergency services thought it was a prank. They finally arrived an hour later after the woman had died on her own in a heap on the road.

I wonder what caused them to think that the large, loudly dressed, and clearly unconscious woman, bleeding profusely from her head and face was a prank? Do they have tons of reports about large bleeding people that turn out to be false reports? What dumbasses.
