Family New Year's Party of Horror
In Campinas, Sao Paulo, on the night of 31st December 2016, 19 family members were celebrating the start of the new year with a house party. The party didn't go as planned, as all but 7 people would not see in the new year.  Amongst the celebrators was 41 year old Isamara Filier. She + 46 year old Sidnei Ramis de Araujo were married but separated. Isamara got custody of their son, 8 year old João. Sidnei was very unhappy with this as he couldn't have a proper relationship with his son. The anger he felt about the situation turned into a massacre of innocent people.  46 year old Sidnei Ramis de Araujo Sidnei jumped the wall surrounding the house, burst into the home + gunned down most of the party goers. 12 people were shot dead, 3 were injured but survived + 4 people managed to escape. When he had done what he came to do, Sidnei turned the gun on himself + died. One of the survivors had seen his uncle on the ground after being shot. He ran to the bathroom + phoned for help.              In Sidnei's possession, police found a 9mm calibre pistol with two porters, with scraped numbers, ammunition, a pocketknife + ten explosives. In his car were a mobile phone with the password annotated in the front + a voice recorder, which contains an audio of Sidnei where he apologises for something that would happen + words of indignation against Isamara. Sidnei left an explanation as to what motivated him to commit the crime in an 8 page letter. He also recorded himself telling about the supposed purchase of the weapon used in the murders + asks for forgiveness "for the inconvenience".  They were all buried on 2nd January 2017.         -Isamara Filier 41 years old. She was married to Sidnei but they were separated.  -João Victor Filier de Araujo 8 year old son of Isamara + Sidnei.  -Rafael Filier 33 years old + the brother of Isamara.  -Liliane Ferreira Donato 44 years old + she was the hostess of the party.  -Alessandra Ferreira de Freitas 40 years old + Liliane's sister. NO PHOTO -Antonia Dalva Ferreira de Freitas 62 years old + was the mother of Liliane + Alessandra.  -Abadia das Graças Ferreira + Paulo de Almeida Married couple, 56 year old Abadia + 61 year old Paulo. Abadia was Antonia's sister.  -Ana Luzia Ferreira 52 years old + was the sister of Antonia + Abadia.  -Larissa Ferreira de Almeida 24 years old + was Ana's daughter.  -Luzia Maia Ferreira 85 years old + was the mother of Antonia, Abadia + Ana. She was rescued but died on the way to the hospital.  -Carolina de Oliveira Batista 26 years old + her father is among the wounded. Wounded:  Admilson Verissimo de Moura (45)  Luiz João Batista (58) - son of Luzia + father of Carolina  Sandro Regis Donato (44) - husband of Liliane Escaped:  Aparecida Maria de Oliveira Batista Plus 3 children |

I'm a complete mong! I knew that the images of the child dead looked familiar but couldn't remember if it was on here or somewhere else. I've just searched for it + realise that someone else had posted it + I'd even responded saying that another person had already posted it, duh!  Anyway, (as always!) my post is much better. I've not just copied + pasted an article, like the other 2 posters. I take the time to find info' from many sources + condense it down + then make it make sense. So, yes, here's a nice neat version for you all! |

Just proof that one person can ruin the entire party. It’s such a shame that someone at that party wasn’t packing a concealed and could have taken that psychopath out before all the carnage.
