True! But most of the time they are referred to as 'Signalling Problems', 'Customer Incident', and 'Incident' as its bad press for them to openly admit that a certain proportion of the line has been isolated due to a 'Person under a train'. Last time I checked, there is an average of 4 a week on the underground. |
