3 people shot, 2 of them dead and one individual struck by a vehicle while fleeing on foot from the scene.

One of the deceased individuals was the first to produce a weapon so this is being treated a self defense case by the prosecutor and no murder charges have been filed against either of the two 19 year old shooters. There could very well be firearms charges however, because it is unlikely these two yoots acquired (or concealed) their weapons legally.
