DOH.... his whole palate is deviated to the (R) side.. Nice entry would into the base of the skull.. He needs to see an RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) for a scheduled cleaning.  |

The first wound looks like the barrel was in the mouth. The diagonal tears are from gas blow out. The second wound is between the eyes. Don't make sense unless its two different people.

imo, the entry wound would be below the chin straight up the face and in fact directly between the eyes and out the top of the head so the exit wound would be out the top of the skull and as you say "between the eyes".
