These were found on 2 Facebook posts from Filipinos (whom I imagine took the photos). The language is Tausog. Maybe he was killed by Abu Sayyaf insurgents or maybe just taken out by tide then drown, I don't know. I can't find a news story on it yet.

"Nahinang na killing zone in maluso bunnal sah..."
Translates to:

"The maluso it's become a killing zone now.."

&

"Maluso news aun mayat limantup iyanud pa jambatan sin maluso basilan inna lillahi wa ilayhi layarjiun,"

Translates to:
"Maluso News... there's a man died, he's floating in pier of Maluso, Basilan (Zamboanga, PH) ..RIP.."

outfit looks like a common fisherman here. i wonder what happened to the face though. not common for murdered person her to be mutilated like that. dismembering and beheading yes. once in a while. but removing faces... unusual... the murderous killers here, moslems or insurgents, takes pride in their killing and always wants to take credit for it.
