i think more that he's a pedestrian hit by a biker. biker survived the impact and was able to escape then other vehicles done the other damages. the old guy doesnt look a biker.

a lot you. i've been a bike rider since i was 14. became full bloom bike rider when i was able to get a license at 16. i am 25 now and havent met an accident. not even a slide.
