hmmm. looks like maybe a flesh-eating bacteria (necrotizing fasciitis) case to me. There's another thread with a bunch of fantastic pix of N. Faciitis. somewhere on this site...amazing what ppl can live through!!! Thank goodness for Western Medicine sometimes, huh? Can you imagine some naturopathic zealot trying to treat this with herbal salve and nutraceuticals? But then again, that flesh eating bacteria was probably a man-made virulent mutant bacteria--created by overuse of antibiotics and and a lifestyle eating crappy food while sitting watching TV. People are kinda disgusting and haphazard with their bodies. But I digress.
