Actually, they do X-rays during autopsies for cases where the murder weapon is still in the victim, particularly in the skull or chest (after cleanup and external examination stages, before the internal examination). This man is dead - there is no blood flow at all from the wound, which has no bandaging etc to explain that lack.

ya there was a story about this kid who accidentally had the knife he was using for his lunch stabbed into his forehead it managed to stay just below the skull so it didn't cause major damage, just gave him one kick ass story and a bad ass X-ray pic |
