I don't know: maybe the soldier right before the execution did it but don't why. For security reasons (before the judge begins reading the sentence, fast forward to 1:50). To handcuff someone behind his back is much safer than in front, especially in presence of a judge reading his sentence to death. Before it wasn't necessary since he was surrounded by armed guards, besides when one is handcuffed behind his back may loose balance easier, and if he stumbles is faceplant for sure if you won't catch him in time, lol Now i want try to find some videos of handcuffed people's faceplants lol, too funny |
