Executed in His Car.
The Center for Integrated Operations and Public Security (CIOSP) recorded the violent death of number 50 of the year, early in the early hours of Saturday, February 27, 2016 in Mossoró Rio Grande do Norte. The victim was 21 years old, and was executed while driving a white Chevete. According to initial information the victim was at his girlfriend's house and when he noticed the presence of his tormentors, he tried to escape but he was chased and killed. The victim had been arrested on June 28, 2013 along with another young man in a thicket while dismounting a bike stolen in Mossoro.The Military Police is isolating the crime scene awaiting the arrival of ITEP.                 |

I was wondering WTF did they shoot him with to make that sized hole. Then I saw the fluro green shotgun shell. Was that a slug or pellet fired? Those cheek wounds look like pellets, but thats one big ass hole in pic 1.

Pellets tend to act essentially like a slug when fired up close. It takes a bit of distance for the air resistance and aerodynamic instability to separate the pellets to form a 'shotgun pattern'. |

This one is easy. Either they ran up on him and fired into his chest or were arguing at gunpoint and fired and ran. Whilst departing the perps poped another while he fell over and since his heart was potted meat(no pressure) he got the second shot to the face while falling over andno blood trails out of the several wounds on his Justin Bieber face. Imagine like I do and it makes sense.  |
