n the late afternoon of Wednesday (22) an ex-prisoner of 29 years was shot dead in her own residence in Caruaru.
According to preliminary information, the victim was in front of her residence taking soda with the children when she was approached by 2 individuals who arrived on the scene on a motorcycle.
Then the killers fired several shots. The victim was hit in the head and back and succumbed to her injuries and died at the scene.
According to the Military Police, she served time for murder and her death may be linked to a possible revenge. Her body was collected and sent to the Medical Legal Institute (IML). The Civil Police investigating the case and works in an attempt to identify the perpetrators.
