danao gun manufacturers in the philippines (illegal of course) even sells modified guntacker (stapler) that fires .22 rim fire cartridges instead of wire staples.

Shotguns have a stock, this gun does not. If a shotgun is modified to be shorter, it looks nothing like the one in the photograph.
