Ex Convict Shot Dead While Having Lunch Under 2 Small Trees
An ex convict (28) was killed with 7 shots by two men on a motorcycle. He has been arrested in the past for stolen goods. He was walking down the street and stopped to have lunch, sat on the site of the house on the corner sidewalk, where he was surprised by the arrival of two men on a motorcycle, that claimed his life on the spot. The victim was shot in the same place in January and had already identified one of the suspects of the crime and now some steps are being made to arrest him.         |

He was shot in the same spot in January  and still made it a place to eat lunch made it easy for the motorcycle elements to strike again |

Tempting fate, I suppose.  Definitely not a smart thing to do considering he ID'ed one of the suspects from the first shooting and he chills at the same spot later on.
