On Thursday a former inmate , 22 years old was shot dead. According to first information, the young man walked down the street in Santiago when he was surrounded by 3 people on motorcycles who shot several firearm shots against the victim and then fled , he succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene. The Civil Police investigates the case and works in an attempt to identify those involved in the murder.
