The victim was identified as a 24 y.o. ex-convict, who had been in jail for thievery and drug trafficking.

According to the Military Police, the man was running away from two unknown guys who were chasing him through the streets.

In an attempt to escape the killers, the victim entered the house of a stranger and hid under the bed of one of the rooms. His plan did not work, because the killers followed him anyway and fired at least ten shots towards him.

Just think about it... You've come home from a hard day at work, sitting down on your couch, watching some TV and stuff. Suddenly, some random dude is crashing in, hiding under your bed, followed by 2 armed men who shoot the fuck out of that bastard... That's some RL action movie...
