Ex-Convict Killed on Public Highway by Gunfire.
A male was killed on a public highway on the afternoon of Thursday, February 14, 2019, in the city of Governor Dix Sept Rosado. According to information, the victim identified as ex-convict CCO, was killed with 6 caliber and 38-caliber revolvers. He was seated on a sidewalk near the Public Market when he was shot. Witness did not want to comment to the police on the case, only that they heard the shots. There is still no information on the motivation of the crime, but according to police, the victim was reportedly passing through the prison system in Mossoró for assault and damage to the public patrimony. After the procedures in place, the body was examined and removed by the ITEP to the headquarters of the organ, where it will be autopsied and then released for burial. On August 10, 2011, "CCO" practiced a robbery against a merchant in Governor Dix-Sept Rosado, and ended up trapped inside a bus that went to Natal after lighting a cigarette inside the vehicle and confused the passengers.      |

42 year old C.C.D.O.S.      Back in 2011, on the morning of 10th August in Lagartixa, 'C' was arrested. 2 days prior at 7pm, he had stolen a bag from a merchant which contained approximately R $ 15,000.00 (Fifteen thousand reais) in cash. The then climbed about a bus + lit a cigarette. The other passengers complained to the driver about the cigarette smoke. When the bus arrived at it's destination the police were waiting + upon searching 'C' they found the stolen money. 'C' was arrested + taken to the police station where after interrogation, he confessed.
