Other than the ribs I think he has everything. The lung and a mangled muscle seem to poke through when he breaths. I have seen worse and live. But your probably right he's not getting any medical care. And he is as white as a sheet.

**Lady, I think this is some kind of movie-effects thing, cuz there are sooo many arteries in that region, where if it were real, blood would be spurting and pouring all over the place. Plus, with that type of chest would, the subject would've gone into deep shock, and his respiration would be close to nil.

... Of course, I could be wrong.
