This case involves a suicidal tight-contact intraoral .44-caliber rifle wound with extensive fractures and lacerations to the head. I should learn to read closer....that Is a huge round though! I wonder if that is common for the brain to eject fully like that? That would be interesting to see actually happen. Or recreate what it might look like as it happens... |

I can look at bloody gore all day, but for it to happen right in front of me is different, especially if I knew them. I couldnt handle that. Im so drama free Im boring.
