Definitely doesn't look like he was escaping a fire..looks like a wacko out of his skull thinking he can fly...If you were avoiding a fire you'd be clinging on the the edge of the balcony , holding on clinging to life hoping your circumstances were going to change. Not taking a swan dive like this nut..
