An unidentified, severely emaciated young woman was found dead at the surf line near Independence Beach in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, on the evening of September 9, 2024. She was wearing a dark blue top and was naked from the waist down. Local police attended the scene.

The woman had tattoos on both arms, including a circular sailboat-like design above a vertical piece, and a garter-bow tattoo around one thigh. Her body remained unclaimed in Sihanoukville two days after the discovery, when an appeal was issued seeking help identifying her. Three days after she was found, a Vietnamese woman in Sihanoukville said the deceased was Vietnamese and that her family had been informed. The woman said she did not know the deceased, and police did not confirm the identification. No name was publicly released, and no cause of death was officially established.

I assume, from her skinniness, that she was either a coke addict or crack whore. Maybe she failed to pay her drug bill. Bad Juju in either case.
