I'm not clear at all on this "inserted it (fetus) into her own body." Perhaps these cradle of civilization intellects believed a rumor & seized upon an innocent pregnant woman. Of course, being that ugly, I'd wonder too who could have impregnated that.  |

Seems to me her boobs would be huge if she was really pregnant; something about her doesn't look right, deformed or something. Probably mentally retarded, just looking for a reason to kill her. Big belly is most likely parasites or a tumor. Just my sad opinion.  |

My opinion is that this is indeed a woman. You see evidence of her breasts above the bloated pregnancy belly. The belly is severely bloated because the unborn fetus is decomposing inside her womb. Brutally sad.

That's called "necklacing",a form of torture where they place a tire around the victim/offender and light it on fire..looks like they ran out of gas? Couldn't find a lighter or were just somehow interrupted or stopped before they could get to that point
