Awful translation but pretty much you can get the idea. Ironically, the guy was behind bars a month before that. In November 8th, 2008, he was interviewed by a public defender about his case. He was in jail for robbery and claimed that he qualified for a part time parole release, a system where you're allowed to leave the prison during the day to "work" (commit more crime and use the prison as an alibi basically). December 22nd he was found like this, so we can say for sure that he finally got released.
